I had a pretty good time at Le Palais Art Hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, and I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. But I did feel the location was a bit far from the main tourist spots, which made walking back a bit of a trek; a tram does stop right outside, which helps. Overall, it was comfortable, but I wish I'd had a better view from my room.

Rooms
7.0
My room was spacious and comfortable, but the view was rather uninspiring. It could benefit from a bit of a refresh, though the bathroom was nice and offered floor heating.
Service
7.0
The staff were generally friendly and helpful, especially during breakfast. However, I encountered a bit of a hiccup with the reception staff's attitude, which felt a bit cold.
Location
6.0
The hotel was in a quieter area, which I appreciated for a peaceful stay, but it was a good 30-40 minute walk to the main attractions. The tram service is convenient though.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast was a highlight with a great variety, including a glass of bubbly! However, the strong cooking smells from the kitchen were a bit much at times.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities looked nice, but I found them a bit limited. Access to the gym was confusing, and I didn’t appreciate having to pay to leave my bags after checkout.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Le Palais Art Hotel Prague, with its stunning architecture and spacious, comfortable rooms. The breakfast on the terrace was good, providing beautiful views of the city. However, I found the location a bit quiet, which required me to spend extra time commuting to popular tourist sites. Overall, the ambiance was peaceful, but the distance from major attractions was a slight downside.

Rooms

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, though there were some hiccups with the reception during my stay.
Location

The hotel is in a quiet area about 1-2 km from the city center, which I liked for its peaceful ambiance, but it made visiting tourist attractions a bit longer.

Breakfast was enjoyable with a wide range of options, but I wish the hot food had been hotter.
Facilities

The gym was impressive and well-equipped, although I found the spa services somewhat limited.

I had a wonderful stay at Le Palais Art Hotel in Prague. The hotel featured stunning decor and comfortable spaces that made my visit enjoyable. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, catering to various dietary needs. However, a minor setback was the experience with luggage storage at checkout, which left me feeling a bit dissatisfied. Overall, I thoroughly appreciated my time there. 😊

Rooms
10.0
My deluxe double room was spacious, beautifully decorated with traditional touches, and equipped with all the expected amenities. The bathroom was well-appointed, and the underfloor heating was a good perk.
Service
8.0
The staff were mostly friendly and helpful, particularly at breakfast. However, I did encounter an unfortunate experience regarding luggage storage at checkout, which dampened my impression of service.
Location

The hotel is in a quiet area, which was a nice escape from the bustling city. It's a pleasant 25-minute walk to Old Town, and close to public transport options for those who prefer to ride.
Dining
10.0
I enjoyed breakfast every morning, which offered a wide selection for all tastes. I also dined at the hotel restaurant two nights, where I had an really good culinary experience thanks to attentive service.

The hotel boasted comprehensive facilities, including a spa that I tried during my stay. The coffee and cake I enjoyed while waiting for my transfer to the airport were really good.

5.6/10

I had a lovely stay at Le Palais Art Hotel. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, and the breakfast spread was pretty solid with a nice variety. On the flip side, the narrow duvets on the double bed were a bit annoying, and the reception staff could have been more informative about tram schedules.

Rooms
8.0
My room was large and well-presented, but the two narrow single duvets on the double bed were a drawback. Overall, the room was clean and well-equipped.
Service
8.0
The staff were friendly and were there to help when needed, though my experience with the reception could have been better since they didn't give much information about transport.
Location
8.0
Located in a quiet area called Vinhorady, it was nice to escape the city noise, yet the tram made reaching the city center easy, taking about 10 minutes.
Dining
8.0
The breakfast was ample, offering both continental options and hot food. I enjoyed dining on the terrace, but I would have liked to see freshly squeezed orange juice instead of the watered-down version.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel offered several amenities, but I found the drink prices a bit high compared to nearby spots. Overall, good facilities, but a bit pricey.

I had a lovely stay at Le Palais Art Hotel, enjoying the beautiful architecture and peaceful ambiance. The breakfast, however, was a letdown, lacking quality and variety. The staff was mostly friendly, but a couple of experiences dampened the overall impression.

Rooms
8.0
My room was comfortable with crisp bedding, but I did notice it didn't have a safe, which was a bit inconvenient. I enjoyed the spaciousness and the pampering environment that the hotel ambiance provided.
Service
7.0
Overall, the service was good, especially from the waiter who served dinner. He was attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. It was just disappointing when a receptionist didn’t respond promptly at checkout.
Location
9.0
The hotel is in a quieter part of Prague, which allowed for a peaceful night's sleep. It was also close to public transport, making it easy to explore the city without the hustle of the center.
Dining
6.0
Dinner was a highlight, served excellently, but breakfast fell short. The breakfast offerings felt low-quality and overcooked, which was disappointing compared to the dinner experience.
Facilities
8.0
I appreciated the beautiful library and comfortable lounge areas, though the lighting was an issue. The hotel also features a fitness center that I found enjoyable and well-equipped.
